EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

We are very careful with our Quality Control before dispatching an order hence we do not accept returns at www.farialsabrina.com. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product which is damaged/defective you may contact us immediately with a photograph in case of live plant.  In case of other products, kindly inform us of the problem by email within 24 hours of receipt with photograph.

Farial’s Green Studio reserves the right to inspect and accept  return product before processing the refund.

The amount to be refunded will be done through the same online mode of payment that it was originally made, within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy.

We reserve all the rights to refuse to cancel an order if the order is processed.​

All our products are unique and hand made. All products displayed on our website are the actual products and not representation unless otherwise mentioned. In case of live plants the plant may look different by the time it reaches you due to it being live and following its own growth pattern. Please read the description and details carefully before ordering. In case of live plants, please also read the care instructions carefully to figure out if the product is right for your light and living conditions. Do write to us if you need assistance in choosing live plants.
